Acumatica 2025 Las Vegas Feedback

Stephen Atkinson and Yolanda Van Der Heever took some time out to attend the Acumatica Summit in Vegas Last month. The feedback in terms of the product advancement is great, but what was positive was the inroads and value adds that AI is making to the ERP Software. Some of the highlights are listed below and we will assist in detailing these in more detail during our forthcoming technical sessions:

• AI – as mentioned this is a big focus for Acumatica, not only are they using this “in product’ but its also used to manage the SaaS environments to eliminate disruptions. One of the uses is to provide the ability to use “low-code no-code” and generate information based on the data available in Acumatica. Another feature showcased was anomaly detection that is now in 2024R2 that can be implemented easily.

• New Look – this was another area that Acumatica has spent a large amount of time improving. The new UI not only looks great but with greater “low-code no-code” functions, users can now easily modify the layout of standard and user defined fields without the need for any  customizations.

• Velixo – customers can now start to use the benefits of CoPilot in the Velixo application, providing that you have a CoPilot license.

• The improvements in Gi’s specifically the “Gi on Gi” feature that has been released, similar to using multiple views in SQL.
