We would like to welcome Chris Smit who has joined the team in the capacity as our Head of Business Transformation.
Chris comes with over 17 years experience as an ERP Solutions Architect and Implementation Lead as well as more than 5 years experience as an Automation Architect. Chris also has a diversified range of experience across Distribution, Manufacturing, Services, Construction and Retail industries.
Chris is available to engage with all our customers, to find opportunities to increase your efficiency, reduce costs, reduce risk and increase compliance using technologies like AI, RPA, Integration, Low Code / No Code and last but not least, the Acumatica solution itself.

2025 Technical Sessions
We thought it appropriate to start the 2025 Technical Sessions with a “What’s New” in the Latest Acumatica release. True to form, this release is full of some really good features that will help you make the most out of your Acumatica solution. All our sessions are limited to 1 hour and are totally free so there is no excuse to not attend.
This presentation will highlight just some of the many new features found in Acumatica 2024-R2. As you know, approvals and workflow is embedded in the core of the Acumatica system design, but are you aware that with Acumatica 2024-R2 you can delegate your approval function to someone else when you are absent from work, ensuring that the business process is not interrupted when you or some else is absent?
TraidD AP Document Automation
TrailD is an Integrated Accounts Payable Solution that is designed to Automate and Manage your Accounts Payable invoices, using OCR with an auto-mapping function designed around saving your hours of processing. The solution also has Fraud Detection capabilities in bank account verification (document vs System comparisons) and Logo Scan Checking as well as cost amount tolerance verifications. The solution also has the ability to approve specific vendor Invoices using a 3-way matching process with the PO and Receipt ensuring compliance to company processes.
From a pricing perspective, TrailD has given us a greatly reduced price for the African Market making it a simple ROI from cost vs time point of view not to mention the added value in Corporate Governance and Fraud Detection.
